What musical instrument would be the better to learn if I lack good hand-eye coordination and motor skills?

Shaula359 asked:

Many people have talent, some have the gift, to create and play music. I love music with a passion, but seem to lack the skill and dicipline to create it. I have been considring a keyboard or synthesizer only for the fact of maybe creating auto sequences…more programming than talent. I had also though about the bass guitar (4 string) and think I could at least coordinate myself enough for rudimentary rythms. Guess either way, I get frustrated with it seemingly easily. Maybe I should stick to trying to creating music on my comuputer. Are there any real good programs out there for this?

Where would be a good place to start? I have the music inside me and need a way to share it with other.

I have the lyrics, just need the tunes to go with it.

You should go with the keyboard. The way I see it, if you are able to type on a computer keyboard, you should be able to “type” on any other type of keyboard.

Try the harmonica. It is a starting point that you can progress up from. Maybe from harmonica you can step up to a melodica. Then who knows. Music will be your mastery

Maybe you should focus all of your attention on being a lyricist and hook up with a guy or gal who plays an instrument really well to lay down music tracks for your lyrics!
